In addition, we can help connect you with employee training and accommodation resources for those with special needs. Available services include:

• Assistance with detailed job descriptions

• Help determining knowledge and skills required for the position(s)

• Match and pre-screen jobseekers to refer only qualified candidates

• Post employment follow-up to assist in employee retention

The Pac Mtn Business to Business program is a free service to all businesses in Thurston County.
