Through a series of basic questions, we identify the
types of skilled employees you are seeking.

We match jobseeker skills with employer requirements
through a specialized database process.

Matching jobseekers are pre-screened prior to referral.

Qualified jobseeker resumes are sent to you for your
review.

You contact the jobseekers directly and set up an
interview time that meets your needs.

Reference
checks available upon request.

Follow-up is
done on hired referrals to determine how
they are performing.

Any issues are discussed and
assistance with solutions provided through internal resources.
You are under no contractual obligations if you
determine you don't want to continue employment with the
jobseeker.
