Investing in Community Leaders
Making decisions
in today’s complex world requires skilled leaders. Leadership Thurston County (LTC)
is dedicated to developing informed and committed
community leaders. Since 1994, nearly 400 people have graduated from the
program.
An
educational program of the Thurston County
Chamber Foundation, LTC was created
specifically for our community. The annual,
10-month program is designed to help
participants:
-
Acquire a broad understanding of issues facing South Puget Sound
-
Build relationships for collaborative
efforts needed to address challenges
-
Enhance leadership skills through
experiences with established leaders
