What are the designations?

Three levels of recognition will be awarded through the WorkWell designation program.  

Bronze Recognition

Received by employers that demonstrate Organizational Support for changes to the work environment or culture that have the potential to impact healthy eating or physical activity.

Silver Recognition

Received by employers that met the criteria for Bronze and have supported one of the following additional changes:

A. Healthy Eating: Supported changes to the work environment or culture that made healthier food choices available or more accessible to employees.

Or

B. Physical Activity: Supported changes to the work environment or culture that made engaging in physical activity during work hours an option or easier choice
for employees.

Gold Recognition

Received by employers that have met the criteria for Bronze and have supported changes that address both A & B above (healthy eating and physical activity)

  • WorkWell ‘bronze winner’ door stickers
  • Listing on the Thurston County Chamber website
  • WorkWell Resource and Information package

Silver Recognition

  • WorkWell ‘silver winner’ door stickers
  • Listing on the Thurston County Chamber website
  • WorkWell Resource and Information package and...
  • Acknowledgement in special materials provided at Chamber events

Gold Recognition

  • Use of the WorkWell ‘gold winner’ logo
  • WorkWell ‘gold winner’ door stickers
