2008 Wellness Workshop Series

“Wellness” is a hot topic in business.  Many corporations are developing programs to increase wellness in their workforce.  The result?  Reduced medical costs and lost work, benefiting both the corporation and the employees. Wellness is all about making healthy lifestyle choices!

As part of the WorkWell Healthy Workplace Designation program held in partnership with the Thurston County Health Department, the Chamber will be hosting FREE Wellness Workshops presented by Dr. Rick Calcara.

Dr. Calcara is an Olympia wellness expert, specializing in chiropractic, with over 21 years in practice.  He has a wealth of information on improving your quality of life and health through wise choices in lifestyle, both at home and the workplace.
